Marlene Graßl lived with a basic income from 2016 to 2017. It enabled her to quit her job in a big company and to start a new career as a freelancer. Since then, she has been advocating unconditional basic income by sharing her experiences in interviews and at public events. She won her basic income thanks to the German startup "Mein Grundeinkommen".
